材料

1 serving
  1. sourdough bread (sliced) 3 slices
  2. salted butter to taste
  3. baby spinach 1/2 cup
  4. ripe avocado (sliced) 1/2 medium
  5. roast beef ID : 21631688 or roast beef from the deli 1/4 lb or more as desired
  6. sliced provolone/mild cheddar 1-2 slices
  7. sandwich sauce ID : 21473873 or mayonnaise 1 tablespoon

作り方

  1. 1

    Spread the butter on the one side of each slice of bread.

    Toast the bread in a toaster oven until lightly golden.

  3. 3

    To make a double decker club:

    Lay the bread on a work surface.

  5. 5

    Place baby spinach stack on top of the first bread slice.

  6. 6

    Arrange sliced avocado on top of the baby spinach.

  7. 7

    Place the second slice of bread on top of the avocado.

  8. 8

    Arrange the sliced cheese on top of the second slice of it.

  9. 9

    Top with slice of the roast beef.

  10. 10

    Spread the sandwich sauce over the roast beef.

  11. 11

    Cover with third bread slice, and cut the sandwiches in half

コツ・ポイント

We used sourdough for this recipe, but you can use white bread for the classic style!
