Ingredients

  1. 250 gmargarine
  2. 4eggs
  3. 250 gsugar
  4. 2 tablespoonsvanilla essence
  5. 2 cupsself raising flour

Cooking Instructions

    I use a jiko n mawe tatu. Pre heat the big sufuria

  2. 2

    Beat sugar n margarine until smooth n pale

  3. 3

    Add the eggs one at a time as you incorporate it completely

  4. 4

    Add the vanilla essence

  5. 5

    Add flour in portions stir until fully incorporporated

  6. 6

    Pour your batter into a dusted sufuria
