Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 1 piecepumpkin
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 litrecooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your pumkin and clean and cut into small pieces. And Boil

    After boiling, let it cool, put in a blender and blend,. Making a thick liquid.

    In a bowl, mix in flour, salt and add the pumpkin liquid. Knead to make a soft dough. Apply some oil and knead for 3 more minutes

    Cover and let your dough rest for 2 hrs.

    Cut the dough into small balls. spread theM on the table one at a time and apply some oil and roll again to a ball.

    Start spreading your bsll into chapos. Put it on the pre -heated pan. Let it dry one one side and flip to the other side. Add oil and shallow fry untill they are cooked (turns brown) on both side. Repeat the process untill all balls are cooked.
