Cooking Instructions

Mix yeast sugar and milk together, set aside.

Put flour in a bowl and mix with dry ingredients then add the yeast mixture and knead to a soft dough.

Separate the dough into two, one bigger than the other. Add cocoa powder to the smaller one and cover them for an hour to rise.

Roll the dough separately, the plain one bigger than the brown one. Spread on your kneading surface and place the brown one on top of white one.

Fill the middle with dania, inions then carrots. Cut the edges of the dought not so deep, then braid the inner one first then the outer one. (i forgot to take a photo)

Put in the baking try and cover for 30min.

Egg wash then bake for 40min.

Serve with tea and enjoy.

I saw this cute bread at a bakery, and I wanted to make one myself. After trial and error, I came up with this recipe.For cute braids, roll out the dough so that the center is fatter and the ends are skinnier. It is rather easier since you make it just like a regular braid. Make sure to soften the cranberries or raisins by soaking them in warm water then wipe them dry.
