Cooking Instructions

Wash all the ingredients,peel,remove from pod and cut into cubes or desired shapes.

While boiling your greenpeas,put onions in a separate sufuria and fry them add your cut meat and fry.Let the beef cook and drain its water while frying with the onions.After the greenpeas have completely boiled,drain its water.

After the beef is completely dry add water and let it cook.After the water is drained again,add your garlic and ginger paste mix and let it cook a little and add a little water again to let the ginger garlic paste blend with the beef.

Taste the beef to know whether its cooked.After tasting and well cooked,put your carrots and potatoes and mix.Add water and let it cook for a while.

Add tomatoes, salt,a 1/4 cup water and stir.

Let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat and add the preboiled green peas.Add water till you have the desired quantity of stew.Let it cook for 8 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with chapati and enjoy!
