Ingredients

  1. Yellow garri
  2. Oil
  3. Ugwu
  4. Pomo(ganda)
  5. Stock fish
  6. Grinded pepper
  7. Tomatoes paste
  8. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and set.

  2. 2

    Add a tbsp of oil and add Yellow garri little by little until thick, put back on low heat

  3. 3

    Boil Pomo (ganda)and stock fish until soft

  4. 4

    For the soup, fry palm oil and grinded pepper, add tomato paste and spices

  5. 5

    Add little water and bring to boil then add ur Pomo and stock fish

  6. 6

    Cut ur ugwu leaves, wash and add together and allow to cook for some mins.
