Boil water and set.

Add a tbsp of oil and add Yellow garri little by little until thick, put back on low heat

Boil Pomo (ganda)and stock fish until soft

For the soup, fry palm oil and grinded pepper, add tomato paste and spices

Add little water and bring to boil then add ur Pomo and stock fish

Cut ur ugwu leaves, wash and add together and allow to cook for some mins.

I love wonton soup! This is one of my comfort foods. I found this recipe on the web quite awhile ago on "Damn Delicious". I made a couple of alterations but not much.This an afternoon project. Sitting at my dining room table, watching TV and making wontons. I lay them out on sheet trays lined with parchment paper and freeze what I don't use for dinner that night. The frozen ones I put in freezer bags in dinner size portions for future dinners or lunch.I would give instructions on how to wrap them, but the package of wontons gives really good instructions. I will say, make sure you get all the air out when you seal the or they will burst when you cook them.Hope you enjoy. 🙂

Shorty's Fish Soup
Fish soup is a nice spicy Cajun soup that can be eaten as is or over rice. This receipe has been modified for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It is low FODMAP having onion and garlic replaced with other spices. Note, if you don't have IBS follow directions using garlic. The Asafetida Ground is an Indian spice used to replace garlic. It's hard to find, but you can get it on Amazon.com :)
