Chicken floss (danbun nama)

Chicken floss is a dried meat product with a light and fluffy texture similar to a coarse cotton. It can be taken as food topping or eaten as snack
Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken and cut into chunks, add seasoning and leave in fridge for like two hours to marinate.

Transfer into pot, add 1/3 cup of water, add chopped onion, garlic, nutmeg, curry, Tyme, 3 pinches of salt.

Cook until soft and tender.

Take off from heat, remove all bones and fat and pound lightly (you can add more seasoning at this stage base on your liking).

Put some oil in your pan and start frying on low heat(like four Tbsp of oil to two serving spoon of chicken)

Keep tossing while frying until it turns golden brown.remove immediately from fire as it burns easily.

Chicken floss is all ready To eat😋 you can sprinkle some dry pepper powder which is optional.
