  1. 2full cups of flour with baking powder
  2. 1 halfcup of warm water
  3. 1egg
  4. 2table spoons of sugar
  5. 1 halftea spoon of salt
  6. Blueband/oil (optional)
  7. Quarter cup of milk
  8. Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg nicely and mix with melted blueband flour salt and sugar.

    Add quarter cup of milk and a little flour then add warm water and mix together very nicely.

    Then cover the mixture for about 20 mins.For the flour to raise.

    20 mins later,cut the dough into shapes of choice

  5. 5

    Heat your cooking vegetable oil on medium heat untill it's hot put your shaped dough in the hot oil and start cooking until you achieve a goldenish beautiful color.

    Your mandazi's are now ready to be taken as for breakfast with tea or as a snack 😋
