Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and prepare your baking tin

In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder then add salt and set it aside.

In another bowl, add sugar and margarine and beat it until fluffy.

Add the 3 eggs one by one,then add the vanilla essence and mix everything together.

Add,your flour mixture bit by bit followed by milk.

Separate the batter, set the plain batter aside.

In small bowl,mix the coffee and the hot water

In one batter, add the cocoa powder and the coffee mixture, mix everything together.

In both batters, use spoons of the same size.

In a baking tin, scoop the plain batter then followed by the chocolate batter, do this until both batters are done.

Bake the cake for 60-65mins or until a skewer when inserted comes out clean.
