Use new sheets of paper towels each time. The yam will spoil if you wrap it with plastic wrap. By wrapping it in paper, it can keep fresh for over a month. Recipe by mocomococream

Cook it briefly until browned, and serve on a plate right away. The sauce will thicken in a short time, so please be careful not to burn it. Recipe by Shinsan cookpad.japan
