Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/5Cabbage
  2. 40 gramsBacon
  3. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  4. 10 gramsButter
  5. 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the bacon into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Shred the cabbage into 2 to 3 mm pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat some butter and nutmeg in a small pan and stir fry the bacon (for a minute).

  4. 4

    Add the cabbage and some salt and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes over middle heat.
