Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
I am big on buying breads and bakery items from the clearance racks. This means I need to use them up fast and that often means scrap pizzas and/or breakfast sandwiches! 🤤👏 I have been low on money and groceries lately and didn't have a lot of meat around. But I did have ham and cheese slices for sandwiches and a few eggs to go with my clearance rack english muffins! 😆👌 Making eggs in the microwave has been a little family trick of ours for decades now. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend this practice on occasion! 😏👍👍 I used a white cheddar cheese but you could use any cheese you like. You could also substitute green onions for any other kind of onions that you have around. Further the sliced ham could be swapped out for any sliced lunch meat that you have or prefer. 🤷🏻♀️👌😎😏👍

For Halloween! Kabocha Squash Stuffed with Meat
Try this for a dish for a Halloween party.I wanted to create a Halloween-like dish, so I came up with this.I actually wanted to stuff a whole kabocha, but since they didn't have any at the grocers, I tried it with 1/2.While baking, support the sides with aluminum foil. When you flip it over on the serving plate, the juices from the meat will spill out, but treat it as part of the seasoning for the dish.By decorating the edge of the plate with ketchup, you can treat the juices from the meat like sauce. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Chef Kei

Egg and Cheese Muffin
This recipe is AAAALLLLL about the egg. This is a nothing recipe. It’s more a method. I make these aaaaall the time. The thing is, don’t over toast the muffin, don’t allow the egg to brown, just fluff and cook through, real butter on this, a good rubber spatula, and the pot you use. It’s unbelievably tasty, soft, and warm and it’s easy on the stomach. This is my BASIC recipe for all forms of the egg sandwich. At supper I’ll make each sandwich with usually 2 eggs done this way. We add bacon, tomato, mayo, lettuce, whatever you like and always with American cheese. It’s the melty-ist. In the end, it’s all about that eggggg!!

Sukiyaki-Style Beef and Shimeji Mushrooms with Egg
I made this to serve with rice for dinner! The thinly sliced beef belly meat has fat, so it will not harden when cooked, but if using meat aside from belly meat, take it out momentarily in Step 5, and add it back to the pot when you add in the eggs. Add a bit of mirin for those of you with a sweet tooth. For 3~4 people. Recipe by abichi

Refreshing Beef Steak Rice Bowl
I made this because the slice of meat that I received was for only one person. You can divide a thick slice of meat meant for one person into 2 and there will be enough, however I wanted to eat plenty until my stomach was full. The oil from the meat contains lots of flavour so please don't wipe it away.Since this slice of meat is only for one person and you're using it for two people, I think it really shouldn't make that much oil. Farofa is a toasted cassava or corn flour mixture that comes from Brazil but, just like any dish, is enhanced by the flavors of extra virgin olive oil from Spain. Try out a dried meat version of farofa - but not too dry thanks to the extra virgin olive oil from Spain that it's mixed with.
