Ingredients

1.5kg
  1. 380 gramsall purpose flour
  2. 80 mlwater
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  4. 300 mlcooking oil
  5. 6medium sized carrots
  6. 3eggs
  7. 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 250 gramssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 160 degrees

    Mix the sugar and cooking oil
    Add the eggs and continue mixing

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Mix the dry ingredients to the wet ones in batches alternating with the water

  5. 5

    When done oil your baking pan and dust it using flour

  6. 6

    Put your batter in the pan and bake for 30 minutes (to confirm if ready, insert a knife, if it comes out clean then it's ready)
