  1. 4 piecesfirm tofu
  2. 1green bell pepper
  3. 50 gramspork strips
  4. 3 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 teaspoonChinese barbecue sauce
  6. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan and add a little oil from the Chinese barbecue sauce. Fry the tofu until golden brown.

    Add garlic and pork strips, and stir-fry.
