Cooking Instructions

Boil the okra until it's cooked to your taste. Drain and drop in cold water to blanch.

Cut the okra, shiso leaf and tomato into bite-sized pieces.

Put the bonito flakes, shiso leaves, okra on the tofu, and the tomato on the side. Pour the mentsuyu and ponzu sauce over all, and that's it.

It's also delicious with wasabi or grated fresh ginger or shichimi spice.
