Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 7-10 ozpork tenderloin block
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste

  5. 3 1/3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1 2/3 tablespoonssake
  7. 1 2/3 tablespoonsmirin

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation
    Bring the pork to room temperature.
    Slice the garlic.

    Season the pork with salt and pepper, and let it sit.

    In a pot, add olive oil and garlic, and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

    Add the pork and sear until browned.
