Cooking Instructions

Pour; flour, cinnamon, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well together.

Heat your water and keep adding it to the flour mixture untill it's well kneaded together to a dough that is not soo hard. Let it rest.

Slice the dough into tiny pieces.Apply oil on the pieces and fold them. Flatten the small chapatis to form a chapati.

Heat a flattened chapati, place your chapati and let it cook without oil. Then add a little amount of oil and let it cook untill well browned.

Fry your onion in a sufuria, add your tomato and a pinch of salt. Add your potatoes and stir together until almost cooked.

Add cabbage, dhania and carrots and a little water and cover to cook.

Stir together once ready. And serve.
