Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2 bunchesspinach
  2. 2 buncheskales
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 spoonmixed herbs spice
  6. 20 mlcooking oil
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly in flowing water.

    Cut the vegetables into desired size but I prefer small sizes.

  3. 3

    Put cooking oil in a sufuria and allow to heat up for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions and stir for close to a minute till it turns golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add diced tomatoes and stir till it cooks completely that's close to 2 minutes. Then add salt to taste.

    Add the vegetables and cover to steam.

  7. 7

    Uncover and stir then cover again to cook for a minute.

  8. 8

    Vegetables are ready to serve with ugali and avocado.
