I love chapos though the process is tiring i love making it.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients very well in a bowl

Add 1 tbsp of oil to the flour and mix with your bare hands. Flout should feel like sand

Add enough water to form an elastic dough

The dough should be fairly soft to get soft chapos.

Then divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Then roll out 1 ball into circular shapes. Then spread 1/2 tsp of oil over it.

Roll the circle up to appear like a rope. Then fold it to be like a ball.

Do the same for the remaining dough and put it rest for about 20 minutes.

Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. Then roll out to circles about 11 inches in diameter.

Then heat the pan. put in 1/2 tsp of oil to melt. Put the chapati in a pan and cook the chapatis.

Turn the other side and cook.

Cook until all sides are cooked to golden-yellow. Repeat this process for the remaining dough ball and make 4 chapatis

Serve.
