Ingredients

  1. maize flour
  2. water
  3. spinach
  4. terere
  5. salt
  6. cubesroyco
  7. cooking oil
  8. onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash,rewash the spinach and terere

  2. 2

    After the are well clean...shred them into even pieces

  3. 3

    Cut the onion into small pieces,add the cooking oil and let the onion turn brown

  4. 4

    Add in the shredded vegetables as you stir.Add royco cubes depending with the amount of veges and sprinkle a little salt

  5. 5

    After abt two minutes,,you stir the food for the veges to remove their own water.Don't let them overcook so as not to lose the nutrients

  6. 6

    Let the water boil.Then add flour as you stir

  7. 7

    After it is well stuck together...let it heat for a few minutes then when it's ready remove it and serve while hot
