Ingredients

  1. 2 packageschicken legs, breasts, or thighs
  2. 2 tbsppaprika
  3. 2 tbspchili powder
  4. 1 tbsprosemary
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tbsponion powder
  7. 1 tbspkosher salt
  8. 1 1/2 tbspground black pepper
  9. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  10. 1barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Start smoker and get it to 325°.

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients and season chicken.

  3. 3

    Put chicken in smoker and cook to internal temperature of 160°

  4. 4

    Brush chicken with barbecue sauce of your choice and continue cooking until internal temperature of 165° is reached.
