Greek Beef Stew with Homemade Noodles (Moscharaki Kokkinisto me Xylopittes) Greek Beef Stew with Homemade Noodles (Moscharaki Kokkinisto me Xylopittes)
Since the seasons have disappeared, we don’t see fall, winter, summer or spring. In one day you can actually see all the seasons for example this morning it was raining and then we had a hale storm and now it sunny and quite nice 🙂 no snow yet but I did see in the weather forecast something about a snowstorm coming our way Thursday or Friday.I started this post a couple of months ago, well I had just written the title and never got back to it but today was going to be the day that I made this delicious stew along with the homemade noodles. If you really like to make your own noodles I will post the recipe at a later date for anyone that would like to try it. Comfort food for the heart and soul a delicious dish with potatoes, carrots, and a bit of white wine. 🙂 Foodzesty
