Bolied rice served with beans

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3\4kg of rice
  2. 30 gramsonions
  3. 30 gramstomatoes
  4. 50 mloil
  5. 1 kgbeans
  6. 1teaspoonful garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 10 gramsmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice and put in a clean saucepan

  2. 2

    Boil it in water and sait to taste to cook

  3. 3

    Wen ready cover with a greased proved paper applied margerine..and put it in a warm place to keep it warm till service time.

    With onions finely chopped add oil in a saucepan and cover for few second to maintain it taste.

    Add the tomatoes and the spices cover for one minute.

  6. 6

    Add the beans en a little of water..when ready garnish with coriander

  7. 7

    Serve hot
