Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsgaram flour
  2. 1medium sized onion
  3. 50 gmsall purpose flour
  4. 10medium size potatoes
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Salt
  7. Tamarind
  8. Ketchup sause

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut them into halves and put them to boil

  3. 3

    They should not overcook

  4. 4

    Put the garam flour and all purpose flour, add some salt to taste, add in the onion (optional) add a little water to form a thick paste

  5. 5

    You can add food colour, yellow it orange

  6. 6

    Put your deep frying pan on fire /heat and pour oil enough for deep frying

  7. 7

    Take the halfed boiled potatoes dip in the paste and put in the oil

  8. 8

    Repeat the process until you're done

  9. 9

    Serve hot with ketchup sauce,tamarind sauce or chutney.
