Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchessukuma
  2. 2 bunchesspinach
  3. 2medium onions
  4. 2carrots grated
  5. 4 clovesgarlic crushed
  6. 2royco beef cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and chop your mboga

    In a sufuria on medium heat, add the chopped onions and cook till translucent and add in the garlic cooking for about 30sec

  3. 3

    Add in the carrots, stirring and cook for 1-2min

  4. 4

    Add in the chopped sukuma and spinach and cover for about 4-5min

  5. 5

    Carefully mix together the ingredients ensuring they mix evenly... Add in the beef cubes and mix evenly cooking for another 1min and taking off heat

  6. 6

    Serve with starch of your choice
