For the omelette,dice the onion,tomatoes and hoho in a bowl (amount depends on the number of eggs) In that mixture beat in your eggs and add salt.......fry in low to medium heat to your liking

For the sausages fry in medium heated oil till browm

Salad....... sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with a sprinkle of salt, cayenne pepper,black pepper and lime juice
