Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 1/4 litrefrying oil
  3. Salt
  4. Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    Put the flour in a bowl, add a half spoon of salt followed by 3 spoons of cooking oil,and knead.

    Add two cups of boiled water and knead to form a soft dough

  3. 3

    Then roll the dough and make small balls around 10.Roll them in circular shape.

  4. 4

    Heat your frying pan to dry, place the rolled ball, add a half spoon of oil and fry till the down side turns brownish. Turn the other side to fry too.

    When both sides are brownish, remove the chapati and do the same to the remaining ones. Then serve with hot tea and enjoy.
