Ingredients

  1. 1large beetroot
  2. 1mango
  3. 1 litrewater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beetroot and mango.

  2. 2

    Peel them.Grate beetroot and soak in water for two hours.

  3. 3

    Sieve the mixture to remain with the juice.

  4. 4

    In a blender add pieces of mango,add the beetroot juice and blend.

  5. 5

    Put in a fridge and enjoy when it's cool.

  6. 6

    NB: I usually add mango because I don't like the taste of beetroot...The reason why the juice looks pinkish it's because of mixing the mango in beetroot.
