Ingredients

  1. 360 gmsself raising flour
  2. 180 gmsmargarine
  3. 180 gmssugar
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 cupmilk..fresh / Mala
  6. Fresh lemon juice for 2 lemons
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence..optional

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all your ingredients n cooking equipments.

    Grease n dust your 8 inch baking tin.

  3. 3

    Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.

  4. 4

    Sieve your flour twice or thrice n set aside.

  5. 5

    In a mixing bowl, add margarine n sugar, cream them together till white.

  6. 6

    Add eggs one by one as u whisk.

  7. 7

    Add vanilla essence. Mix well.

  8. 8

    Add your lemon juice n mix nicely. Avoid over mixing.

  9. 9

    Add some little milk.

  10. 10

    Fold in your flour gently in 2 bits.

    Check on your consistency. Add milk if need be.

  12. 12

    Pour your butter into your baking tin n bake at 170 degrees for 45 -50 mins or until well baked.

    Insert a skewer at the centre to check on whether its baked. If it comes out clean, its ready.

    Remove, cool for 10 mins in the tin then transfer it to a cooling rack. Serve at your own leusure. Enjoy.
