Cooking Instructions

Peel wash rinse the potatoe and cook then mashed or shredded

Then add the onions after stir fry the green pepper,chilli powder,pinch of salt

Add a tbsp of semolina

Mix well to make it like a dough

Mean while u make a dough with 1/2 cup of flour pinch of salt 2tbsp of semolina and a drop of oil make a semi soft dough and roll it over

Then cut the side to make it equal size edges

Dice straight thin lines

And grease your palms with oil to make the spherical shapes of the potatoe

Take a line of the dough and roll over the potatoe and sticking the edge

Then fry in a medium heat

Then enjoy with any chilly drink of your choice
