Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. Easy & Authentic Naan Bread Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it. Indian Naan Bread: Add Toppings or Serve Plain Indian Naan Bread: Add Toppings or Serve Plain
I usually buy naan, but I made it this time to go with a curry. When I ate the freshly baked naan that was topped with aromatic cumin seeds and coriander, I was amazed at how easy, delicious and economical it was. It made me think I should make it every time instead of buying it.The dry yeast is active if it foams after adding the lukewarm water. If using fresh coriander leaves, you can knead it into the dougn in steps 4-5; it's delicious and I recommend it.Please adjust the amount of liquid if needed depending on the environment, temperature and so on. For 3 naan. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan -
