Ingredients

35 minutes
4 servings
  1. Spinach for 50 naira
  2. Maggi
  3. Onga
  4. Oil
  5. Grinded Groundnut
  6. Onion medium and small 2 bulbs
  7. 3large Pepper
  8. Scotch bonnet
  9. Halfleather tomato puree
  10. Boiled meat

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash your spinach with water and salt,pick them and slice, slice your small onion,grind the pepper,Scotch bonnet and the medium onion

  2. 2

    Fry your grinded pepper and onion with the meat for 15 minutes. Add 2 cups water and add the groundnut, put all the spices and stir and allow to simmer for 15 minutes

    Add the spinach and sliced onion and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve as desired with the above mentioned foods.
