Ingredients

  1. cupsFermented Jasmine rice/Shinkafan tuwo2
  2. 3 table spoonCooked Jasmine rice/Shinkafan tuwo
  3. 3 table spoonSugar
  4. 1 table spoonYeast
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 3 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for 8 hours or over night in other to ferment. Wash a blend with water till smooth.

  2. 2

    Add the cooked rice with the blended rice. Proof yeast with little water and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix all the contents and allow to ferment for 45 minutes to one hour. Then fry.
