  6. Filling
  7. Cabbage
  8. Carrot
  9. SCotch bonnet
  10. Seasoning
  11. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Add all dry ingredients add water d,d batter should not be thick it should be watery add you egg nd whisk

    Add a lil oil to ur pan, caremilze onion add scotch bonnet,add your seasoning and spices add ur cabbage,carrot and stir fry

    Using a paint brush do as d pictures below

    Contine till it's something like this

    The next step is the folding as shown below

    Fry till golden brown
