Wanted to notch up my usual banana bread recipe

I never throw out overripe bananas! This delicious bread is great for breakfast or dessert. I like to bring to brunch to serve a large group. It always gets rave reviews. Cut recipe in half and use a loafpan if you like.

I got this recipe from cookpad Indonesia, the owner is Tintin Rayner. This is a very easy peasy recipe as it doesn't involve hand mixers or stand mixers. The main ingredient is banana.

I wanted to make banana bread but I didn’t want to use just regular flour so I decided to mix it with millet flour. I did my search in but came up empty handed so I googled it and found one but not as I like so I made this and it’s delicious.
