If you're like me and have a pecan tree now would be the time to chop them if you have store brought pieces skip this step

Mash bananas, make sure to have some small chunks.

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together sugar and butter.

Mix in eggs, extract, and milk
- 6
Mix together baking powder, baking soda, flour, and salt. Then add to butter mixture

Add in bananas and pecans
- 8
Spray your baking sheet, pan or whatever you use with cooking spray. Add mixture.

Cook for 45 mins. If it isn't done in the middle I check it every 5-10 minutes.

I sometimes put a pan with about 4 cups of water on the bottom rack just in case but you don't have to do this.

First Attempt: Went well. I will probably add more vanilla and butter to the next batch.Second Attempt: Better. Added extra vanilla and butter. Decided to try brown sugar and liked the results.Third Attempt: Reduced oil and added sour cream for moisture. Great results! Cooked these for 30 minutes in muffin pans. Jarrod Milstead
