Ingredients

For the dough
  1. Flour 1 &1/2 cup
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. Water. Oil for frying
  4. For the filling
  5. Shredded fish
  6. 1big onion
  7. 2red bell peppers
  8. 1green pepper
  9. 2scotch peppers
  10. Some cabbage
  11. 1 serving spoonoil
  12. 2maggi
  13. 1 tea spoonsalt
  14. 1 tea spooncurry & thyme
  15. 3garlic cloves for aroma

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix flour salt & water knead very well & make a sticky dough then set aside.

  2. 2

    Crush the red & green bell peppers, scotch bonnet & add into the pan, slice the onions & add too add the ground nut oil & fry then add in the shredded fish, cabbage, garlic, maggi,salt, curry & thyme. Fry for a couple of minutes & set aside.

    On your chopping board cut the dough into 6 pieces & roll each piece into long cylinder shape & add in the filling & roll it over use oil to tip the edges & roll. Repeat the process until the dough is finished then fry in hot oil & then serve😋😋happy eating & do have a wonderful meal bye❤️
