  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1 cupmixed veggies chopped
  3. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 pinchHing(asafoetida)
  6. as neededWater to knead dough
  7. as neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour and add all the veggies, salt, hing

  2. 2

    Knead a smooth dough using water

  3. 3

    On a wet muslin cloth roll a roti with hands and make hole using finger

  4. 4

    On a hot tawa cook roti from both sides using ghee. And serve hot
