Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 Tablespoonmilk or unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1/4 teaspoonsea salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  5. 1/4 cupshredded Mexican blend cheese
  6. 1 cantuna drained and fluffed
  7. 2 Tablespoonpickled jalapenos chopped (optional)
  8. 2 Tablespoonchopped basil optional
  9. 4-6cherry tomatoes halved

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, beat the egg, milk, salt and pepper then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour the mixture into a greased shallow bake ware. Air fry at 360F (180C) for about 10 minutes or until the egg is set.
