Ingredients

  1. FOR BOILING PASTA-
  2. 1 cuppenne pasta
  3. 4 cupwater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededoil
  6. FOR RED SAUCE
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. 1 tablespoonFinally chopped garlic
  9. 1finally chopped onion
  10. 1 teaspoonmix herbs
  11. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  14. 2 tablespoonOil
  15. 2 tbsp Grated cheese
  16. 1capsicum cut in julians
  17. 2 tablespoonTomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pan with half teaspoon of salt and few drops of oil.

    Add penne pasta in it. Cooked it till it become soft.

  3. 3

    Strain the pasta under cold water and keep aside.

    Mark x on tomatoes and boil for five minutes.

  5. 5

    Peel off the skin of tomatoes & blend in to smooth puree.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  7. 7

    Add garlic in it and saute for a while.

    Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.

  9. 9

    Add tomato puree & capsicum in it and cook for five minutes.

    Add salt and pepper, mix herbs, red chilli flakes in it. Mix well.

    Cook again for five minutes.

    Add boiled pasta & Tomato sauce in it. Mix properly.

    Add cheese in it. Mix well.

    Serve hot
