Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspnyeast
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 3 tbspnpowdered milk
  7. 1/8 cupbutter
  8. Chocolate filling
  9. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  10. 1/4 cupsugar
  11. 3 tbspnbutter
  12. Dropvanilla flavour
  13. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour, make sure the yeast is good, test it by adding warm water and close it for about 5mns,if it rises, its good,add up all the dry ingredients together with the egg and add warm water to make a soft sticky, add the butter and knead continuously for about 15mins, cut the dough into about 6, mould to round shape or use a ring cutter. Keep it in a warm place to rise. Dip fry

    For the filling, add up all the ingredient in a pot or pan & set on fire at low heat, keep stirring until the desired thickness is obtained.When it cools set a nozzle in the piping bag & pour the chocolate, Dip it in one side of the doughnut.
