Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  3. water
  4. Salt
  5. Oil for frying
  6. For the filling
  7. Cabbage
  8. Carrots
  9. Green pepper
  10. Onions
  11. Seasoning
  12. Scotch bonnet
  13. Curry
  14. Oil
  15. For the glue
  16. Flour
  17. Water

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour and corn flour together,add salt and add water,then make a smooth watery paste

    Place a non stick pan on low heat and smear using a brush for few minutes,the sheet will come out by it self

    For the filling,grate your veggies

    In a pan,add little oil and add the onions, scotch bonnet and stir,add the other veggies, seasoning and curry,stir and let simmer for some minutes,keep aside to cool down completely

    Spread the sheet and add the filling

    For the glue paste,add flour and water in a bowl to make a smooth glue

  7. 7

    Roll till you nearly reach the edge

    Then fold the sides and use the glue to hold the edge

  9. 9

    Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain excess oil

  10. 10

    The corn flour adds crispiness to your spring rolls
