Salted Fried Cabbage and Steamdogs
A very simple flavorful dish. You can serve like it is or on hotdog buns.
Cooking Instructions

Slice the cabbage. Melt the butter in a deep pan add the cabbage and salt then fry 25 minutes covered. Stir occasionally. Add the hotdogs and lay them on top of cabbage allow to steam 12 minutes covered.
