Ingredients

  2. 2 TablespoonYeast
  3. 2 TablespoonSugar
  4. PinchSalt
  5. 1 cupWater
  6. Oil

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    Add water and need a soft dough

  3. 3

    Cover dough and Put in a warm place for 20-30minutes

  4. 4

    After dough has risen, the dough becomes soft and light.

  5. 5

    Clean Working area and spread flour. Knead dough to make it softer

  6. 6

    Cut dough in 5 different pieces

  7. 7

    Using a rolling pin, spread each piece widely and flat

  8. 8

    Get a circle shaped sized plate to measure accurate circles

  9. 9

    Cut out edges to bring out shape

  10. 10

    Clean your Non-stick Frying pan and spread some oil

  11. 11

    Put cut shaped dough on a low heat and cook gently for 1minute. Bubbles begin to appear on the surface

  12. 12

    Flip to other side when cooked.

  13. 13

    Prepare shawarma ingredients or other fillings and serve as desired.
