Ingredients

  1. Flatbreads
  2. 1.5 cupflour
  3. 2tspn baking powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupyogurt
  6. The Toppings
  7. Frank's Red Hot/Any red sauce
  8. 1tbpsn olive oil
  9. 1 cupshredded/torn lean meat
  10. 1 cupricotta cheese
  11. 1/2 cuppart skim mozzarella cheeee
  12. 1 handfulleaf veggies (optional)
  13. Mushrooms (optional)
  14. Onions (optional)
  15. Olives (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble dough ingredients and mix until a cohesive, smooth dough forms

  2. 2

    Cut into equal sections and roll out to desired width and thickness

  3. 3

    Fry until browned on both sides

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 365°F

  5. 5

    Cook and shred meat, set to the side

  6. 6

    Put a thin layer of sauce across each flat bread and add olive oil on top

  7. 7

    Top with the desired toppings as listed in the ingredients, and add shredded meat as well

  8. 8

    Put the flat breads in the oven until the cheese melts and there is a slight browning on the surface

  9. 9

    Serve and enjoy!
