Get the cheese and shredded

At 1 spoon of cheese into the atayef bread and fold it from the sides

Do the same for the whole box

Add them into the pan with a pinch of oil and on the oven for 5 seconds each one

While they are finishing get the honey in a bowl small

After they are done get the honey and add it on to of the atayef bread it should look like this

I learned this recipe from a Lebanese friend.It won't qualify as a vegetarian dish anymore, but this is also tasty with lamb or chicken.
