Ingredients

  1. 1&1/2 cup flour
  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. 6 tbspoil
  5. Fillings
  6. Sliced cabbage
  7. Seasoning
  8. Grated carrots
  9. Salt
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. Grated pepper
  12. Grated onions

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix in flour, salt,oil and gradually add in water to form a soft dough.cover & allow to rest for more than an hour.

    Cut into 15 pieces and roll out to form a thin sheet.cover and set aside.

    Pound cooked meat, then pour into a pan, add drops of oil & stir fry. Add in seasoning, grated onions and peppers and fry.

    Put off heat once fried, add in cabbage and carrots.

    Take the rolled sheets & place the fillings on one end, roll inward to seal,log roll, then seal the end using a flour paste. Fry in hot oil.
