Ingredients

1 jar
  1. 500 gramraw mangoes washed dry and cut into small cubes
  2. 5-6 tspmustard oil
  3. 2 tspyellow mustard
  4. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  5. 1 tspfennel seeds
  6. 1 tspnigella seeds
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a tadka pan heat mustard oil switch off the gas and put asafoedita on it..cool it completely.

    Grind the yellow mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Take a large bowl put mango cubes add grind powder, fennel seeds, nigella seeds, Turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and mustard oil.

    Mix it well put that pickle glass jar and secure with lid keep it on the direct sunlight. For months u can enjoy this homemade achar with paratha or puri..taste is yummy
