Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  2. 2-3 tablespoonTapatio hot sauce
  3. 2-3smashed garlic cloves
  4. Fresh dill weed
  5. 1 teaspoonkosher or pink salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 5-6celery sticks

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add to jar.. hot sauce, garlic, pepper and dill

  2. 2

    Leave celery as sticks,cut into chunks or chopped. Heat vinegar and salt in small pot near a boil, let cool slightly and add celery to jar. Pour in vinegar,Close lid, give a shake and put in fridge once cool.

    I start eating after a day but gets better about 3 days
