    Bowl toor dal in pressure cooker. Then pour ghee in pan along with rai, 1 dry red chilli, curry leave. After frying onion and tomato put all vegetables. Now put dal in pan. To give finishing touch squeeze 1 lemon in it.

    Now it's time to make idli. Take 500g sujji in bowl then pour curd and water. Add salt, eno and baking soda in batter.
